These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and Wabo88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the Wabo88 online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at wabo88.cam and any associated mobile or web applications.

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member on the Wabo88 platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback credit, or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Member subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Turnover Requirement" or "Rollover") means the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before any associated winnings may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to authenticate a Member's identity in accordance with applicable regulations.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Game Provider" means any licensed third-party supplier of casino games, live dealer services, or sports betting software integrated into the Wabo88 platform.
• "RTP" means Return to Player — the theoretical long-term percentage of wagered funds that a game is expected to return to players.
• "Sports Betting" means the act of placing a wager on the outcome of a sporting event, including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other competitions available on the platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary measure by which a Member requests that their account be suspended for a defined period or indefinitely to support responsible gambling.

To register and maintain an account with Wabo88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Wabo88 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and may be requested at any time.
• You must be acting as an individual for personal, recreational purposes only. Corporate entities, organisations, and professional syndicates may not open Member accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or when placing any wager.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Wabo88 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update your registered information if it changes.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Wabo88 conducts KYC verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. We may request the following documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification;
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Touch 'n Go eWallet account matching your registered name);
• Source of funds documentation where deemed necessary by our compliance team.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account until verification is complete.

By accessing the Wabo88 platform, you agree to use our services solely for lawful, personal, and recreational purposes. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, including all financial transactions and wagers placed.

You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that the outcome of all games and sports events is uncertain. You agree that you are not entitled to any guarantee of winnings and that you participate entirely at your own risk.

5.1 User Obligations

• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. Wabo88 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Notify Wabo88 immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Use only one account per household. If multiple household members wish to use Wabo88, each must register with distinct credentials, verified identity, and separate payment methods.
• Ensure all deposits are made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Not attempt to access any part of the Wabo88 platform through automated means, bots, scrapers, or any technology designed to circumvent normal user interaction.

6.1 Deposits

Wabo88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

All deposit transactions are processed in real time or within the standard processing time of the respective payment provider. Wabo88 does not charge deposit fees; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed in full. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the Wabo88 Member account.

Wabo88 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times:

• Bronze Tier: Standard processing — typically within 24 hours;
• Silver Tier: Priority processing — typically within 30 minutes;
• Gold VIP Tier: Express processing — typically within 10 minutes.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Wabo88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

Wabo88 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the following general provisions.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds may only be used in eligible game categories. Live sports betting wagers placed with bonus funds may be subject to maximum odds restrictions.
• Wabo88 operates a tiered welcome bonus structure. Players must select their preferred welcome bonus type during registration or first deposit. Only one welcome bonus type may be claimed per player.
• Promotional offers may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. Wabo88 will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
• Wabo88 reserves the right to deny, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, coordinated play, or exploitation of software errors is detected.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements for current Wabo88 welcome bonuses are as follows:

• 288% Magnificent Bonus (up to MYR 2,880): 35x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount;
• 100% Standard Bonus (up to MYR 300): 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount;
• 188% Esports Bonus (up to MYR 888): 18x wagering requirement on the bonus amount;
• 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus (up to MYR 688): 5x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.

Wagering must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Any unfulfilled wagering requirement at the end of this period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited automatically.

All bets placed on the Wabo88 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the decision of Wabo88 (and, where applicable, the relevant Game Provider) shall be final and binding.

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports bets are accepted on markets including, but not limited to, Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, AFC Champions League, NBA, UFC, and other major international events. Odds are subject to change prior to market close. Bets accepted after odds have changed will be settled at the odds applicable at the time of acceptance.

Mix Parlay bets combining multiple selections are permitted subject to platform-specific maximum payout limits. In the event that one or more selections in a parlay are voided, the bet will be recalculated excluding the void selection(s) at the applicable reduced combination.

8.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party Game Providers. In the event of a disconnection during live play, the outcome determined by the dealer and the Game Provider's server log shall be final. Wabo88 accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues on the part of the Member.

8.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a demonstrable technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or bet, Wabo88 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return stakes to the Member's account. Bets placed on outcomes produced by a known software error or malfunction are void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Wabo88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account per person or household;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair betting advantage;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated scheme to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or attempting to use the platform for money laundering purposes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in sports odds or casino game payouts;
• Employing arbitrage betting strategies across multiple accounts or platforms in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point during the account lifecycle;
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or similar circumvention technology.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Wabo88 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Use any Wabo88 trademarks, brand identifiers, or promotional materials for commercial purposes;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wabo88 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other financial loss arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Wabo88 platform;
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Errors or inaccuracies in third-party game content or sports data feeds;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on any information published on the platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages are not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Wabo88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Detection of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or prohibited betting strategies;
• Receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider linked to your account;
• Where required by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

Upon account closure, Wabo88 will conduct a review of outstanding balances. Any real-money funds in the account at the time of closure that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the Member's verified payment account following the completion of a final compliance review.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the jurisdiction of the Operator's licensed territory. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause shall limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence.

Wabo88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the platform. Where changes are material, Wabo88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Members via the platform or by email to the address associated with the Member's account.

Your continued use of the Wabo88 platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
